How we handle
your information.
What AI Tradie HQ collects through this website, why we collect it, who handles it and how you can ask us about it. Last updated 4 October 2026.
Who we are
AI Tradie HQ is a business of Elite Systems AI Pty Ltd, ABN 12 688 622 120. We are based in Broadbeach, Queensland. You can contact us about anything in this policy at zac@elitesystems.ai.
What we collect
Contact form. Your name, email address, business name, trade, the offer you are interested in and the message you write.
AI Bottleneck Finder. Your answers stay in your browser. If you choose to email yourself the result, we receive your name, email address, optional business name, the task names and scores you entered, and a record of your consent with the date and time.
Hosting records. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and reliability.
We do not currently run advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, to send the result you asked us to email, and to keep a record of our conversations. If you ticked the consent box on the AI Bottleneck Finder, we may also email you about the AI Audit. Writing to us through the contact form does not sign you up to marketing emails. We do not sell your information.
Who handles it
We use HighLevel (LeadConnector) as our customer records and email system, and Vercel to host this website. These providers process information for us and may store or process it outside Australia, including in the United States. Elite Systems AI Pty Ltd remains responsible for how we handle it.
Emails and unsubscribing
Marketing emails come only from AI Tradie HQ, an Elite Systems business, and only if you gave consent. Every follow-up email has an unsubscribe link, or you can reply or write to zac@elitesystems.ai and we will stop.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us. We aim to reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Keeping information
We keep enquiry and consent records for as long as we need them to run the relationship and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify them.
