Office in a Box, for electricians
Never miss a job again.
Missed calls get a text back within a minute. Quotes and invoices get chased. Old customers hear from you. Reviews get asked for. We set it up on your number and we run it, so there's nothing new for you to learn.
What it looks like
A call rings out.
A text goes back.
You're up a ladder. The phone rings out. About a minute later the caller has a text asking what they need, and you've got the answer waiting for you when you climb down.
0412 ... rang while you were on the tools. It rang out.
“Hey, it's Dave's Electrical. Missed your call, sorry. What do you need and what suburb are you in?”
“Hot water's dead. Carina. Can someone come tomorrow?”
Example only. Your wording, your hours, your number.
Why this exists
The jobs you lose are
the ones you never hear about.
A call rings out while you're up a ladder. Someone fills in the form on your website on a Sunday night. A quote goes out and nobody follows it up because the office is flat out. None of that shows up anywhere, so it just feels like a quiet month.
We've built and run this kind of setup for Australian service businesses for a couple of years now and the pattern's the same every time. The work's there. The office just can't catch all of it.
Sounds like you if
- Missed calls are turning into missed jobs.
- Quotes go out and nobody chases them.
- Invoices sit there because chasing feels awkward.
- Old customers only hear from you when they ring.
- Reviews happen when someone remembers.
- You don't want to become the software guy.
What's in the box
Six jobs,
off your plate.
Missed calls get a text back
A call rings out and the caller gets a text within about a minute asking what they need and what suburb they're in, then offers a time. You see who rang and what they said. Nothing gets booked over a job you've already got.
New enquiries get followed up
Website, Google, Facebook, after-hours voicemail. We follow up until they book, say no, or go quiet for good.
Quiet quotes get chased
A quote went out and they haven't come back, so we nudge them on a set timetable. Your pricing stays yours. We never send a new price.
Old customers get a nudge
People you've already done a good job for hear from you when the next one's due. A short, human message. Not a spam blast.
Unpaid invoices get chased
Polite reminders on a timetable you sign off. Your team steps in if it gets messy.
Reviews after every job
Job done, we ask for the review. One ask, one reminder, then we stop.
Done for you
You don't run it.
We do.
You don't log in to anything. You get texts and a short list of who's waiting on you. Every electrician on this gets the same setup, so when we make it better, you get the improvement without paying for a rebuild.
We don't custom-build the insides, and that's on purpose. It's what keeps it working. If you need custom quoting, drawings or a job system wired in, that's a different conversation and we'll tell you straight.

- Week 2. Quote chasing and invoice chasing are live.

Before we get started.
This sounds like more software I'll have to learn.
You don't learn anything. We run it. You get texts and a short list of who's waiting on you. If it ever feels like another login, we've stuffed it up.
Will it text my customers at nine at night?
No. It runs inside the hours you give us. After hours they get one text saying you'll call them in the morning. Not a pest.
I've already got someone in the office.
Good. This covers the gaps: the calls that ring out while they're on another one, after hours, and the follow-ups nobody got to. It doesn't replace their judgement on price or who you take on.
Can you tweak it for how we do things?
Your hours, your wording, your numbers and your invoice rules, yes. The insides, no. Every electrician on it gets the same setup, and that's what keeps it working when we improve it.
Why isn't this a couple of hundred a month?
Because we're not handing you a login and walking off. The price is us running it, not a software licence. The cheap version is the one you set up yourself and stop using in a month.
What happens when I click the button?
You pay the setup. We email you within one business day to book the 45 minute kickoff, and it's running on your number by the Friday after that. The monthly starts once it's live.
